Near Sarlat, Lascaux, your holiday rental in the Périgord, is a large house that has been in the family for several generations, restored and recently renovated.

Built of Périgord stone and able to accommodate up to 13 people, our rural gîte is set in the countryside, in a small hamlet of 6 Périgord-style houses, in a peaceful setting in the heart of unspoilt countryside.

Your holiday rental has all the comforts you need for a pleasant, peaceful stay – enclosed grounds – but close to all the major sites in Périgord, Lot and Corrèze.

Adjacent to the pool, the 60 m² summer lounge invites you to relax with its bar, pool table, Jacuzzi and large sofa overlooking the pool…

There is also a shower room and WC.

This room has twin beds (90×200 cm). It shares with bedroom 1 a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.

on 1st floor

Featuring a queen-size double bed (160×200 cm), this room has a large wardrobe, coat hooks and storage space in the hallway.

Bedroom #4
on 1st floor

Equipped with a queen-size double bed (160×200 cm), this room has a large chest of drawers, coat hooks and storage space in the hallway.

Bedroom #5
on 1st floor

This room has a queen-size double bed (160×200 cm), two chest of drawers and wardrobes, and storage space in the hallway.

Bedroom #6
on 1st floor

It sleeps 3 people: either 1 double bed 160×200 cm and 1 bed 90×200 cm, or 2 beds 80×200 cm and 1 bed 90×200 cm. It has a large cupboard.

All the bedrooms on the 1st floor share a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as separate WCs on the upper floor.

Large meditation area with cushions, books and music can be made available.

The large stone terrace is covered by a wooden awning and furnished with a large table and chairs.
The garden features two large extendable tables, a 3mx8m awning, deckchairs and parasols.

Books and magazines are available, as well as DVDs and CDs, 2 CD players and 2 radios.

A flat-screen TV (80 cm) is available in the lounge.
4 parking spaces in the gîte courtyard + 4 spaces in front of the gîte. Charging for electric cars: normal electrical socket + extension lead provided (with the owner’s agreement).
Unlimited access to the Nadaillac tennis court.
